1) Payments and booking -
To secure your booking a £75 deposit is required at time of booking to secure date. The balance is required 1 day before event. payment is accepted via BACS transfer or Cheque.
2) Insurance and food handlers -
All staff carry level 3 food hygiene certificates plus health and safety at work qualifications. All food items are transported in temperature controlled chilled units and a strict HACCP is followed. We also have full public liability insurance.We are also registered with the local food standards agency and West Sussex council and have a 5* rating renewed June 2019.
3) Arrival at event -
We will normally arrive 2 hrs prior to the event and will require easy access to event area where possible and should the event be late evening a power supply will be required for our gazebo lights.
The paella takes around 1 hr to cook a paella the more guests the larger the pans and like all food best enjoyed straight away. After the event we will need 1 hr to clear away and remove any rubbish left by us.
