I just wanted to say how delighted we were with your service the Saturday before last. Every guest, bar none, commented on how tasty the paella and tapas were. It was clear that you have perfected your craft and have a very high quality product. And then, at the end of the evening you disappeared like the elves in the shoemakers shop without a trace - it was like magic! All we had to do the next day was go to the bottle bank and write thank you cards. What a great service.
