PAELLA DE POLLO 

Chicken thigh meat, red peppers cooked with rosemary infused Spanish olive oil, green beans with lemon to squeeze classic paella.

Chicken thigh meat, Spanish chorizo sausage, red peppers cooked with rosemary infused Spanish olive oil, green beans with lemon to squeeze.

PAELLA DE POLLO  Y CREVETTES

 Chicken breast, large crevettes, red peppers, cooked with lemon oil, green beans and lemon.

​

PAELLA MARISCO

Squid rings, king prawns, Shetland mussels, seasoned white fish fillets, cooked in a  

fish stock finished with fresh flat leaf parsley and lemon.

​

PAELLA MIXTA

The king of paellas, chorizo, chicken thighs, king prawns, seasoned white fish fillet, finished with green beans paprika, lemon and parsley.

​

VEGETARIAN PAELLA

Butter beans, shallots, mushrooms, courgette, peppers and Green beans

​

​​

Paellas are cooked with market fresh red peppers and green beans.

​

Olive montanites

Olive tapenade served on garlic bread toasted rounds garnished with red currants and dill

 

Salmon ahumado con queso blando

Smoked salmon with cream cheese finished with rocket leaves on breads

 

​Serrano ham

Served on toasted rounds with Manchego cheese

 

​Pimentos Padron(v)

Bite size Padron peppers one in 50 has a fiery kick.

 

​Pan con tomato (V)

Ripe tomatoes, fresh garlic, a fine olive oil, and a pinch of salt on garlic rounds garnished with rosemary sprigs.

​Pinchos Morunos (Spanish pork skewers)

A favorite  of ours marinated pork tenderloin

​

King prawn Blinis

Large Prawn on top of paprika mayonnaise and lemon swirl.

 

​Chistorra bites

Chistorra is a fast cured sausage from Navarra

​

​

All Paellas are Gluten free, Nut free, Dairy free as stated and Vegan Friendly!!

​

 Served on palm leaf plates/ bowls including cutlery and serviettes.

​

​Cooked by trained Paella chefs!!

​

Marinated in a traditional Andalusian recipe.

 Served on palm leaf plates including cutlery and serviettes.

 

 Also included a cherry tomato and cucumber, salad leaves, and dressings.
